北京市质监局近期还对塑料管材、电线电缆、建筑安全玻璃等7类建材产品开展了质量监督抽查，共抽查331家企业生产的356批次产品。结果显示，北京京运盛达电缆桥架有限公司生产的电缆桥架、北京安宏钢化玻璃有限公司生产的钢化玻璃、北京忠鑫丰工贸有限公司生产的钢制散热器、北京天辰装饰工程有限公司生产的PVC-U推拉塑料窗等产品不合格，存在的主要问题是：电线电缆产品的导体电阻项目不符合标准要求；电缆桥架的表面防护层厚度项目不符合标准要求；建筑安全玻璃的碎片状态等项目不符合标准要求；建筑外窗的抗风压性能等项目不符合标准要求；建筑用聚苯板的表观密度、压缩强度项目不符合标准要求；采暖散热器的散热量等项目不符合标准要求。 今年3月，广东省质监局日前通报2011年广东省消防产品监督抽查结果，其中防火门产品抽样批次合格率仅为44%，可见目前防火门市场的表现难以让人满意。质监局在通报中还指出，耐火完整性不合格的主要原因有四点，一是缝隙处理不恰当。相当一部分防火门配合间隙较大。二是门扇和门框结构设计不合理。门扇和门框的变形率不同，从而造成门扇和门框间的缝隙随着试验时间的延长而越来越大。三是对于木质防火门，木材未经过阻燃处理。四是对于镶玻璃或有亮窗（装修效果图）的防火门，防火玻璃的耐火性能也有影响。
