　　近年来，公司经过市场调研，结合企业实情，高精度外圆磨床价格,数控外圆磨床，提出了具有自身特色的产品发展思路，不断加大企业科技投入力度，引进世界一流的技术，并在生产工艺上大胆创新，提高产品的科技含量。公司投入2亿元资金启动了数控重型机床技改项目。新建了3万多平方米的重型加工、装配厂房，购置增添了瑞士磨齿机两台，德国2.5×10米导轨磨床，日本立式2.5×18米双工作台卧式加工中心，西班牙尼古拉斯5×16米动龙门五面体加工中心，捷克斯柯达4.5×18米落地镗铣床等重型机床制造的工作母机。建成两条生产线：一是与意大利普罗迪公司技术合作开发具有国际先进水平的TH69系列落地镗铣加工中心生产线。二是与上海高校联合开发的数控双柱立式生产线。 确切地说，我国机床、刀具磨床的兴起始于20世纪80年代初，这个时期，市场上的大多工具磨床出自武汉机床厂跟咸阳机床厂。90年代末，北京广宇大成数控机床有限公司,广宇大成数控机床,随着改革开放的深入和科技的发展，机械加工和五金工具行业像雨后春笋般发展，工具磨床无论从加工精度还是产量都不能满足当前市场的需求。为了响应市场的需求，涌现了一批新兴的工具磨床厂家，像营口冠华机床、台州北平机床、华英精机、温岭美日机床、东莞巩达精密机械等。这些新兴企业的加入使得当前市场的供求关系逐渐趋向饱和。 2.1 常用玻璃加工方法及其存在的问题 平板玻璃的磨边加工，玻璃棱边被加工成一定的形状，如平直边、圆边或C形边等，通常采用能在一次性操作中完成的生产线。玻璃的粗磨、半精磨、精磨、抛光等由装在多达六个工位上的金刚石砂轮连续进行。对于玻璃工艺制品和水晶玻璃的装饰性磨削加工，则多用手动或在多轴自动专用磨床上进行装饰性加工。光学透镜的粗磨，一般在专用磨床上采用轮缘为圆弧的杯形砂轮。 目前，由于机床主轴在加工玻璃时，自身不能对刀具所受外力的变化快速地进行自我调整，致使玻璃产品和刀具容易破碎。
